President's Ride -Sat Feb 4 @ Brandywine 9AM

This month we'll be riding at Brandywine State Park, Delaware.

This ride is ALL levels... I'll be leading the slower group and Jesse is going to lead a faster group.
No one will be left behind.

Meeting location: parking lot of hotel (on Keft hand side) go to the back corner near the woods.

Best way to get over the Post PMBA holiday party hangover? Ride!

So this time we'll be riding the "other side" of the park (i.e. not the dam side). This side of the park has more climbing than the dam side; but super fun none the less.

This will be a intermediate ride at a fun pace. What does that mean?

Students helped with the trail they'll be riding

PMBA members...

We constructed ~ 300-500 feet of the 1-2 mile planned trail at Sandy Run Middle School for the students to use for their mountain bike and running clubs and a multi-use trail for the community.     The school started a mountain bike club in 2011 and it's become popular with the kids and they have limited riding available to them.

Harlan Price will be leading a MTB tour at the Bike Philly Expo on Saturday. Wheels out at 1PM from the 23rd Street Armory (the Bike Philly Expo).  The ride will be 1-1.5 hrs covering 10-12 miles of road and park paths.

The 1st Weekend- Presdent's Ride will be held on Sunday November 6.  The President's rides will be held the 1st weekend of every month (weather permitting) at a different location throughout our region.  The pace and level will change from month to month.  So be sure to check the web.

PATH-PMBA trail day in August was rained out.  Not to worry there is another on Saturday September 10 at 9AM.  We are cutting in new trail, rain or shine, so come on out!!
