Local rider Harlan Price is putting on a Super D event this Saturday in support of Team CF and educating folks about Cystic Fibrosis. It's part of the School of D series.

Registration for the Super D will be in lot 4D (behind the big propane tank)
Registration is $25
Registration starts at 9:30 for men. 10am for women
Everyone will do 1 run (no chair for this first event)
Men start at 12pm and women at 1pm.
Course will be taped Thursday night.
Practice on Friday and Saturday morning.
The 'School of D' is a fund-raising event for TeamCF and an attempt to raise awareness about the benefits of endurance exercise for people with Cystic Fibrosis. Learn more about this genetic disease here.
'School of D'
The 'School of D' will be a series of three individual Super-D races with different courses on each day. The dates are July 31st, August 28th and September 18th. You must register for each race separately. Some will have more pedaling than others, some will have slow technical sections. As of now, two races will be timed with time-trial starts. One will be a Lemans start.
We are getting permission to use trails not normally open to the public. That is reason enough to come out.
Pump-Track! What Pump-Track?
That's right, we are building a pump-track. Well the pump-track has had a slow start so it will have to wait till the second race. Sorry.
Other fun things?
There will be one other challenge thrown out there. Who can get the furthest in the ultimate rock garden? If it's you, you'll find yourself the recipient of a swell treasure.
