Went for a hike with 2 of my brothers and nephew Jake. The trails were in good shape, I was impressed! It was a little soft but by no means muddy, except in a few locations that are always moist... Soooooo, a few of us decided to go for short ride after my hike. Man was it good to be back on the dirt. It was a little rough, meaning the soft ground made it feel like you were towing some cinder-blocks behind your bike, and my legs were burning a bit... But still a fun ride. Saw about 8 other bikers... It is supposed to freeze up this week so the trails should be concrete and fast!
I can't do Tuesday, but am open for tonight and/or Wednesday.

PS went to Heartshorne yesterday, it was a little chilly, but a great ride, the trails had dried up very nicely there, and we encountered only two muddy spots, and even those weren't bad at all.
You don't have to be good to succeed. You just gotta be the least shitty option.

sorry, neither of those days work for me. glad to hear that heatshorne was good. keep me posted for the next trip out there.
all i have is the freeride bike in one piece for riding this week but i might be up for a ride...
is the freeride crew going out this week at night at all? i don't want to hold up a bunch of singlespeeders on my 45lb pig of a bike.

bah...you'd hold me up if you were riding a cbr1000. after considering the weather this morning i'm gonna bail on the ride.

yeah it did seem like it was dry enough in spots to ride pretty well yesterday... went for a hike to try and get all the beer out of my system.
night rides should definitley be alright with the cold temps early this week.
