Get ready for some great biking events next weekend. PMBA has activities planned for both days.
Unfortunately the Fair Hill clinic has been cancelled due to rain. The Horse Bile Experience is still on.
On Saturday join PMBA for the the first group ride and clinic of the season down at Fair Hill MD. Fair Hill is a great place for all levels of bikers, and the clinic will be structured to help everyone improve their skills. Basic bike checkups will be performed, although major maintenance should be handled in advance. If you haven't ridden Fair Hill, you need to check it out. On Sunday PMBA will be joining the equestrians at Courtesy Stables for the Horse Bike Experience. This is an important activity in which bikers and horse riders can gain an appreciation of each others' needs on the trails, and can create a better trail experience for both groups. By completing several training activities together, horses can become familiar with the sights and sounds of bikes and will react better when meeting on trails. Similarly, bikers can learn the proper and safe protocols when meeting up with horses on the trails.It's an interesting and unique experience for both groups.
